Lower School

Broadwater Academy’s Lower School, comprised of students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 4, provides a challenging and innovative curriculum for all students. Teachers have an awareness of and a concern for individual needs in a program that encourages creativity. Students receive a coherent and organized program of study that ensures each student a strong foundation in reading, math, science and social studies. Students also enjoy a variety of curricular enrichment classes in art, music, physical education, both French and Spanish, technology and Library.

During the course of every school year, we offer many enrichment opportunities for our students. Some of these include visits from accomplished musicians, artists, and authors. Faculty members also offer a variety of after school, fee based, camps or clubs, in the areas of science, math, knitting, computer, and gardening.
