Broadwater Academy is an independent, nonprofit organization under the direction of a self-perpetuating Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees at Broadwater Academy serves as the governing body responsible for ensuring the school's long-term financial stability, strategic direction, and adherence to its core mission as an independent, Pre-K through Grade 12 institution.
